In this installment of the Rental Rehab, I'll be covering painting the kitchen cabinets, and installing the shiplap. I'll be more detailed about the process of painting the kitchen cabinets then I will about installing the shiplap. As you can imagine, it's complicated to properly document the installation process while you're doing the work yourself. Maybe I need an intern? RENTAL REHAB PART I

I’ve been quietly working on a few projects over the summer, one of which I’m calling the rental rehab. Before renting the apartment to its new tenants, this sun filled home needed a refresh. As it’s a rental, the budget for fixing up the apartment is very tight. Our main focus is to update the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom in a cost effective manner. Here's our plan of attack!
